Safe to say I would never recommend Urban Evolution to anyone looking to rent In Liverpool. One of the most shocking companies ever Only interested in getting your deposit and your 1st month rent after that good luck trying to get a hold of them you will wait round two week for a email back seem as a company they do no take phone call and this is shocking No customer service giving at all, if there management team read the reviews I would highly recommend putting your staff on a customer service training course Just so they give basic customer service I can’t say it enough do not rent any property with Urban Evolution will be your biggest mistake. Anything over 3 star ⭐️ on here is probably from the people who work here.. Worst properly company In Liverpool
