Communication was minimal and slow
Communication was minimal and slow, solicitor had to be promoted for forms regarding help to buy ISA. Seller had threatened to pull out of transaction due to lack of updates from solicitor. Solicitor was polite throughout but a more personal and informative approach would have made it a better all around experience.
