Normal service, can't complain

I ordered ozempic pen and after payment they contacted me to say it is out of stock. Refund was straight away..Emailed me a few days later to say back in stock. Sent straight away. Needed a bit of info rang a couple of times no reply then on 3rd time picked up and as normal very helpful. I did read the reviews and obviously people who have not had a good experience will vote with a review. But for me no problem and if I needed something else I would order again. Unfortunately life in the 'buy on line' will always have issues..sadly this is why the shops close..but I live in the middle of no where so very handy for me.
