Booked test drive for new Kia E-niro…
Booked test drive for new Kia E-niro with confirmation of test drive, arrived 9 days later for test drive. No one knew I was coming with my wife and then was told by sales team that the car was no longer on site as manager had taken it home ! Poor communication between there own staff and not realised that a customer had booked a test drive in first place. Decided to purchase ev elsewhere very unhappy and disappointed with Kia.
