Hola Health? More like Hola Headache. Tried to do the right thing and avoid clogging up the emergency room when my son had croup and needed a steroid script. Booked a consult with Hola Health—paid, waited, doctor called… and then nothing. Their end wouldn’t connect, the call dropped after a few minutes, and somehow the system marked it as “completed.” Completed?! I didn’t even get a “hello.” Tried to resolve it like a civilised human—lodged a complaint, waited… tumbleweeds. Ended up going through another Telehealth provider because, shocker, my son still needed actual medical care. That consult worked perfectly, no tech issues, no drama. The next day—still radio silence. Sent a stern (but very polite… mostly) email demanding a refund. After some back and forth, they finally agreed—but told me it would take five to ten business days to process. Honestly, I’ve seen sloths move faster. Save your time, money, and sanity. Unless you enjoy yelling into the void and pretending dropped calls are healthcare, give this service a hard pass.
