⛔️ WARNING DO NOT STAY AT ROME CITIZEN M
⛔️ WARNING I have purchase their scam of a subscription service and also stayed over 4 times at the Citizen hotel in Rome. I had my passport stolen from this hotel from our rooms ( the cleaners took it ) and the hotel was of NO HELP they are the worst. As an apology they gave me one night stay, I would rather sleep in termini than stay at that hotel.
