Worst Garage experience

Where do I start! Drove a 4 hour round trip to view a Range Rover Velar. Booked in for a test drive 2 days prior. The guy that helped us was very nice and we thought this going to be a good experience until he took 20 minutes to bring the car around and preceded to apologise as he couldn’t find it! As we walked out he mentioned it’s a bit dusty. Well I thought he was joking. It was filthy, mud all over the tyres, cobwebs on the mirrors and inside had thick dried mud all over the foot wells. The lad advised that the car had been in the body shop and had a full respray down one side. The over spray was eye opening over the windshield rubber, front grill and the velar badge. The car had obviously been spray while still filthy as it was clean on that side. The boot wouldn’t open with the key fob which we later found out that the car battery was low! What I expect when viewing a car 1. Have the vehicle ready to be viewed straight away. 2. Make sure the battery is charged and 3. CLEAN IT. You missed out on a £30k sale
