Took a pet insurance policy out back in April using a nectar promotion for 10,000 points. Several months have gone by and I’m still waiting for these to be deposited. Chased it up several times with Sainsburys Bank who said it’s nectars responsibility. Chased it up several times with nectar who said it’s Sainsburys Banks responsibility. Still stuck with neither party accepting responsibility for the matter.
