I've had red pocket for a little over a year and have had difficulty keeping my phones active even thought I use auto pay. The last outage I had to call support eight times before my problem was corrected. Two of these times I was disconnected and had to start the process from scratch. I spent in total four hours on the phone, mainly on hold, waiting for my problem to be corrected. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I can see another carrier in my near future.
