Great Tenant Care
We're just finishing our tenancy with Dexters after 2.5 years and despite having lots of little issues with our flat, they've always made sure to act quickly to resolve these problems. Particularly helpful in this time period has been the amazing Manuela in property management who has been effectively our sole point of contact for any questions we may have, and even when they aren't within her normal remit she won't hesitate to help and facilitate requests. She is also excellent at keeping us up to date with where we are in a process or request without us having to ask. Where others might try and pass on the work she simply gets it done and has made our experience of dealing with Dexters an enjoyable one.
