Some of the worst customer experience...
Decent value for money but some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Definitely avoid - there are good deals elsewhere. Their AI chatbot 'helper' can't understand the most basic things you'd expect it to like 'data roaming', so they're wasting people's time with it. When I finally got to speak to a human, they were unable to locate my account using my phone number, name, postcode, or anything else I gave them (I've been a customer for 5+ years and have an active account). Eventually they gave up and told me to go into a Vodafone store to solve the issue, which seems to defeat the point of an online-only provider, from which I'd expect quick and easy online service...
