Most unhelpful insurance company I have dealt with. Wouldn’t allow me to make a card payment as system showed it was up to date, even when I knew it wasn’t, so they charged me an extra £20 for that and then told me my insurance would be cancelled 3 days before it was due to end anyway and I would be charged another £45 for that. I will not use this company again and would give 0 stars if I could. **UPDATE** This issue has now been resolved and TBH I cannot fault Geoffrey Insurance for their prompt response and the action they have taken. I have therefore for that reason, revised my rating and awarded another 2 stars. Thank you.
