The service is extremely slow, and there is constant pressure to purchase additional products. On top of that, the information provided varies depending on the staff member you speak with, which can put your rental at risk. Some employees are also quite rude. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The flight was canceled, and we did not receive any notification, either by phone or email. On top of that, we attempted to contact customer service for eight hours, but received no response— not even regarding a refund as per their policies. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. It has been a truly terrible experience. It will be the first and last time with them.
