PREDATORY SCAMMERS - PLEASE BEWARE - MUST READ!!!!!!!!

Riverbend Consulting is the biggest scam I’ve encountered as an Amazon seller. If you’re thinking of hiring them, please don’t. They will smile, sympathize, and promise the world… right up until your payment clears. They robbed me of my time, money, and trust. Estefany Lega was my main contact. She was always late, scattered, and added zero value. Everything they sent was basic, clearly AI-generated (literally ChatGPT prompts), and not strategic in any way. I paid thousands expecting experts, and ended up doing most of the work myself while they watched. I called to discuss real strategy, and they openly admitted that their plan was to email Amazon supervisors and “pray” for a response. That’s not a strategy. That’s desperation. We did it multiple times… Amazon never even responded. Zero results, zero accountability. Then came Jennifer May, their “supervisor”. She acted like she cared, like they were really in my corner. but it was all fake. I recorded our call where she promised to help with higher-level escalations and next steps. But when I followed up just days later, she suddenly claimed they wouldn’t help with it. She flat-out lied and hoped I wouldn’t remember. On top of that, she even insulted me, completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior from someone in a “leadership” role. Riverbend’s entire game is manipulation. They play the sympathy card to win your trust, but behind the curtain, they’re just running a script. Once you pay, the support vanishes, the tone shifts, and you’re left chasing shadows. This isn’t just bad service. This is a PREDATORY business. They target desperate sellers, promise recovery, and deliver nothing. If you’re reading this, don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not trust Riverbend Consulting. They will lie to you, waste your time, take your money, and walk away. I’m begging you not to.
