Excellent experience
We had a great car hire experience with Jucy and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who was looking to rent a car whilst travelling. Booking the car was simple with the option for pre check-in, and customer service at the office in Christchurch was fantastic. The car was comfortable and reliable, and was over a hundred dollars cheaper than similar cars with other rental companies. After driving the car for a week we ended up having a rock crack the windscreen an hour before dropping it off, the staff were helpful and our insurance completely covered the damage. For the cost, customer service, and quality of the car I would definitely recommend Jucy.
