the apartments are delivered in poor condition
I have recently moved into apartment Upon entry to the apartment I was very disappointed with what I discovered. The apartment has been cleaned to a very minimal standard, there is also a clear need for substantial paint work to be completed as the entire property is covered with marks on the wall. What is even more disappointing is that this apartment is not what I was shown in the viewing video, what was in that video was a much cleaner apartment with clean walls which actually had a different layout so I know for a fact it isn’t the one that I signed for. Upon first entry I also seen the extractor fan is broken and was set out on the table and the blinds on the left hand side window are also broken as well as very dirty. Other defects that I have found are as follows and are evident in the images I will attach: -Desk leg damage and surface stains/burns -Entry door top marked -Plaster range beside door -Wardrobe door hinges broken -Brown stain on kitchen counter -Damages to floor -Left window blind broken - extractor fan broken I do not think it reasonable
