As an older guy who trains most days I experience mild joint pain and stiffness fairly regularly. I was given alternative blends Turmeric and curcumin extract to try. I have found this to be a great product making a genuine difference to my joints and hence my mobility. I would not hesitate to recommend to people especially those of us who are older athletes to include alternative blends supplements as part of your daily routine
