Nutricircle

After recently placing an order with Nutricircle it was unfortunate my items got misplaced but after speaking to a member of their team Zara she swiftly got the matter resolved and resend my items with such a swift response. Highly recommend using this company they go above and beyond.

I now use nutricircle quite often as most of these products at full price can be pricey , had an issue on my last order (was the couriers not nutricircle) and they sorted it straight away which was great, 😁👍💪

UPDATE: So I got a message from my neighbour who said the package has been delivered. Changed it to 4 stars because everything was in there and it's been delivered when it said it was. Missed out on an extra star because im still unhappy with the delivery time. It even stated tracked 48 on the box. Other than that I can't really fault my experience so far. Time will tell. Gonna place another order soon so hopefully it won't follow what other customers have said. Decided to place an order after so many of my friends at the gym recommended nutricircle. Confirmed my order on the 30th and told me it would be tracked 48h delivery. After waiting 2 days for the tracking info to update royal mail have finally received my package and told me it'll be delivered on the 4th August. 5 days after ordering it. Nowhere near the 48 hrs stated when ordering. Normally wouldn't be a problem but im going on holiday now and won't even be here to accept delivery. Good products and cheap prices but that shouldn't be a substitute for misleading delivery times.

Great company in my opinion. Easy to use website, excellent customer service who are quick to respond and attentive to your issues. I order at least once a month from them, most things are cheaper than you'd find in store, but occasionally you can find a great bargain so worth checking the store fairly often.

There was a problem with delivery was offered a voucher for the issues. Could only use it if I spent over£40. Will not bother with Nutricircle again as the price was good but there are better vegan products ot there from other suppliers.

I contacted Nutricircle about a packing error that resulted in missing items from my order. I suggested a resolution, but this wasn’t acknowledged. Instead, I received a generic reply offering a refund or store credit. While the refund was eventually processed, it took over three days, which felt slow. It was a slow process getting responses from the customer team, whilst they were apologetic, they were very slow at responding. I then had a response at 02:30am. I appreciate the outcome, but the lack of personal engagement was disappointing, whilst I wasn’t out of pocket which is the main thing. It would have been nice to have been offered a replacement product with free postage though as the error was on their end but that wasn’t entertained.

Delivery great, products not so much. Powder was OK but the milkshakes I ordered were like cottage cheese, to be fair to Nutricircle, customer service replied promptly & sorted the issue out in 3/4 days. P.S: There is absolutely no need to be sending out marketing emails every day (sometimes 2 a day) 16 e-mails in 2 weeks is far too many, do you want your customers to unsubscribe ?

Had an issue with an order. The shakes had congealed lumps at the bottom. This obviously wasn't a fault of nutricircle as the shakes were in date and manufactured by a different company. They instantly rectified the problem with a generous offer of store credit which amounted to more than the value of the of shakes. I ended up spending another 80+ pounds and redeemed my code. Every other product I received from nutricircle were unspoiled and edible. Great customer service and bargain prices. Shop with confidence 5/5 Stephen.

Cheap and reliable

Order never arrived, tried contacting customer support through their email on their website on multiple occasions for a refund and no acknowledgement or response! Order #301562

Quick, mostly cheap enough, reliable. But to the marketing team "new drops" is lazy and childish. That's a silly American term for clothing labels with limited edition items. Not protein bars. Don't demean yourselves by jumping on silly trends.

Been using Nutricircle for some months now, after searching for affordable protein bars. Love the idea of being able to buy short dated bars at a great price. I had an issue recently as I received the wrong order but the company were very quick to sort it out. Will definitely continue ordering from here!

Good customer service. Had an issue, totally not their fault but with the courier, dpd, was sorted instantly. Products are always top quality too William

I’ve placed around 15–20 orders [each in the range of 50-70 GBP] with this company in the past and everything was fine—until now. My most recent order shows as "delivered" by DPD, but all I received was a vague photo of the box, sitting somewhere, not even showing it at my doorstep. The company refuses to offer a refund or replacement unless I file a police report and provide a reference number. Frankly, I don’t have the time to jump through these hoops. It is the company’s responsibility to ensure the courier delivers the package properly; with a signature or clear delivery photo. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and after being a loyal customer for so long, I will not be placing another order. You've lost my trust. My go to protein bars and pre workout drinks at a fraction of the price! Even when encountering an issue with damaged products in transit, nurticicle rectified this inconvenience straight away! 5 stars.

Poor poor customer service. Payed extra for next day delivery yet took 4 days to receive my order. When i recieved my order i only had half the items i payed for.

Kept seeing this pop up as an ad on Facebook and thought I'd give it a go when I saw my favourite Fuel10k rice on the site. Really glad I did fast dispatch and great products.
