We purchased a trucking company C&P…

We purchased a trucking company C&P OPERATIONS LLC in October 2024 (the OTR client as revealed), made the changes on all levels (state records, safer) and asked to provide the Release. We have sent multiple requests to terminate the Contract and then found out that OTR Solutions had renewed the Contract in January 2025 WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE! We provided the Bill of Sale to the OTR team together with a notarized Notice of Business Sale but they are still asking for other proofs (namely the electronic signature log and proof of payment showing the confidential banking information of both the Seller and the Purchaser) . The previous owner called them several times to confirm the sale of the company but OTR is still refusing to release the company stating that the provided ppwk isn't sufficient
