PAYG customers not treated fairly
Bord Gais are a disaster their staff are not properly trained to deal with customer issues. I signed up with BG on the 28th September last, 2 accounts later I am still having issues. Incorrect details, just careless customer service reps they don't care, constantly being put on hold. I still have not received my PAYG meter card so I have to phone each time, which takes forever, such cave man style service. All other electricity suppliers have an App for PAYG customers. I cannot get a top today because their Customer Service is closed on Sunday, if I had received my card at least i could top up at a nearby shop. I only hope I'm not left without power later today... My advice stay well clear of BG they are a disaster, i am so so sorry that i left electric Ireland after 18 years where i never once had an issue.
