Lloyds Pharmacy put cost above safety
I ordered prescription mediation from Lloyds Pharmacy. Lloyds Pharmacy use Evri as a courier. Evri just left the parcel at the entrance to the block of flats where I live. Many parcels have gone missing from here and a number of people come and in and out the block of flats. Evri are incompetent and lazy and have no regard even though they knew this was a medication they were delivering. I reported this to Lloyds Pharmacy who simply state this is who we use. Lloys Pharmacy are putting cost above safety. Lloyds Pharmacy have a duty to protect the public and should ensure the courier they use is reliable and robust in ensuring the items are delivered correctly to the intended recipient. In not acting to my feedback, Lloyds are then complicit in this failure of basic safety protocol for the delivery of prescription medications.

Firstly, I never said I was inconvenienced. Kindly don’t use words to describe how I feel or my experience to suit your own native. In my online message to Lloyds I said I was disgusted with the reply and the attitude.
If you have already read my formal complaint over this matter then why are you snooping around questioning the validity of my review. This is an accurate review. Llloyds have failed to provide a safe courier service. The arrogance of the reply from Lloyd’s was simply ‘this is the courier we use’.
If that’s the attitude of Lloyd’s then expect feedback that reflects this delivery service using Evri, an unreliable and unsafe courier.
I’m reporting Lloyd’s to the GPhC as dumping parcels containing medication by the general entrance to my block of flats potentially puts people at risk if this parcel has been stolen. Multiple people pass through this door and items have gone missing in the past. Lloyd’s seem to fail to grasp this and think Evri is a suitable courier. Lloyd’s are wrong. The GHpC can review this matter.
