Bad service experience
We booked a gas boiler service under BGE's annual plan, over 200 euros. The service engineer looked at the boiler, said it wouldn't be covered by the plan because it's too old (he called it a piece of cr*p) and that he would get BGE to refund the fee. When I contacted them after some time had passed and the fee was not refunded, they simply marked my query as resolved, and didn't reply to my subsequent email. Poor comms, poor service.
