Very poor
Very poor. Bought leggings from a store in London before lockdown. Went in to return them when stores opened, and was refused a refund. Said I could only exchange. Went back a week later when I had more time, to request a refund again. Same issue, told no, and given a giftcard as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. On speaking to customer services, it turns out the store were wrong! They should’ve refunded me as I was well within the dates. However they refuse to do anything to assist me, telling me I just go back into the store (for the THIRD) time to argue it out with them. Are you kidding me? Won’t ever shop here again. Incidentally I was returning the leggings because the quality is poor, compared to how they used to be years ago. Things have really gone downhill.
