Too slow in getting the job done
It seems to me that they have taken on too many cases and lack the time to process them. They had my property purchase case for over 3 months and there is still no end in sight. It is virtually impossible to speak to the leading solicitor even after several promises of a call back. The team members are not always well informed about the current status of the case and don't even know who is dealing with which aspect of it. Legally I am not sure if they know what they are doing as they have been demanding a document for over 2 months from the seller that doesn't exist since there is no management company involved in the maintenance of this flat. But they refuse to accept this. Communication and response times are terrible. They were send the mortgage offer 2 months ago but still didn't get the time to process that. They have been reviewing the lease extension documents for over 2 months but still haven't finished the review. The sellers solicitor keeps chasing them, the estate agent keeps chasing them, the mortgage company keeps chasing them and I as the buyer and their client keep chasing them, but the work just doesn't seem to move forward.
