Took way to long to receive a call back.

I called Wisper for technical problems that I was having with my WiFi. I spoke to customer service and she said that technical support would give me a call back to assist me. It took them so long to call back (about two months) that I completely forgot that I even called. When technical support did call they were not very helpful.
