Awful communication and service - serious failures ignored
Really poor service - slow to respond or no response at all. I've asked for serious issue to be looked at but there's nobody competent or who wants to deal with them. Their approach is dreadful and appears to completely against their whole purpose. You can be left feeling worse off and never wanting contact again. So let down by management and frontline staff.Terrible experience. Edit 2020: I have now discovered that professionals here lied to the Ombudsman (PHSO) to cover up negligent care. How can they get away with it? Earlier this year I asked to speak to their CEO about staff negligence and lying to cover up a serious abuse but she didn't want to speak. Not unsurprisingly.
