WORST SERVICE, CONNECTED TO PEOPLES ENERGY
Connected to Peoples Energy. Paid for a job to be carried out two weeks ago and as yet this Magnum Utilities have not even contacted me. I have raised a formal complaint to Peoples Energy about this and still Magnum Utilities have not contacted me. Tried contacting Magnum Utilities on all numbers listed on their website and no-one at the end of the phone....do they even exsist? Shocking all round, if you want a job done within a realistic timeframe then these guys are not the company to get involved. Reply 16/02/2021: I’m Not being funny but I complained on 11/12/2020 which is pretty much 10 weeks ago. It’s taken you this long to notice and reply to me. Gave up a long time ago, pretty shocking. Reply 17/02/2021 No, I also submitted a formal complaint through Magnum Utilities directly. More than happy to forward them in as it dragged on for weeks. It was extremely stressful and a very negative experience.
