Zero customer service
Nice hoodie, but 26 days it took to arrive. Was a birthday present so useless as it was 14 days late. "Customer service" is a joke, just generic emails lying about delivery dates. How can I trust their eco promise or anything else they say? Would never buy anything from them again. Definitely wouldn't recommend them.
