Improvements in vehicle maintenance and customer support
Finalrentals in Croatia offered a decent car rental service. The booking process was fairly easy, and the vehicle was functional, though it showed signs of wear and tear. The staff was polite, but the overall service lacked a bit in terms of responsiveness to queries. It was an okay experience overall, but improvements in vehicle maintenance and customer support could make it better.
