on collection day its busy but very well organised
I am a car dealer from France with 40 years experience. I bought the car through Brights Auctions but was instructed to collect it from Automotive Auctions and was asked to pay another company called Stripe several days before I was allowed to collect the car. I was very nervous, the car cost €65,000. I contacted Douwe from Automotive he sent me a video dated and timed of my actual car in their showroom, I was confident enough to pay. Upon collection the car was exactly as described, there were several hundred cars in retail ready condition. Both Douwe and the export department knew exactly what they were doing. Several people arrived at the same time to collect their cars including transport companies, everybody was treated the same, very professional. I have bought from many auctions in 4 countries in the last 40 years, this was by far the best experience of an auction ever. Bid with confidence, I will definitely buy again. A terrific experience.
