I switched my gas and electricity from Bórd Gais to Yuno Energy but subsequently received an email from Bórd Gais offering me a 33% discount on gas and electricity if I returned, so I did. Since then, I've had ongoing issues: the discount wasn't applied despite many calls, and my latest bill still doesn't reflect it. My most recent call today ended abruptly after a long wait where the customer service agent promised to speak to "her Manager". Overall, a frustrating experience. I would advise anyone considering Bórd Gais to be cautious. UPDATE: I was contacted by Josephine, a very nice customer service manager, who assured me that my issue would be resolved, and it was. Samantha contacted me and explained that there was an IT issue and they would be putting in measures to prevent recurrence of the issue.
