Worst car rental experience
Worst car rental experience Flight got delayed while being in air. We landed on a different island due to weather conditions and we wouldn’t get to our destination until the following day. Their “best” offer was a refund of three days out of the six if we made a new reservation. If we didn’t we obviously wouldn’t get any refund. How is this a reasonable offer?! It would’ve been a full refund if I had let it know in advance. Which is pretty difficult to do if you’re on a flying plane for five hours. Besides, they still haven’t refunded my previous booking which I had to cancel due to an “error”.
