I love the shop in there but sometimes…something is totally wrong
I love the shop in there but sometimes it feels like you came in into a situation and not a comfortable place to shop. Seen some blonde lady, probably the manager using swear words, like really bad towards shoplifter, I can understand from one side, but still all of other customers including children - we shouldnt seen this and hear it. Then anoyher day, tuesday, last week I hear how the same lady shouts on one of her workers on the shop floor. I love this shop but recently coming in it just causes feeling you dont want to be there, because it is drama, shouting. It was Inverness, Highlands
