Bad decision on getting Mint Mobile
On November 8 of 2024 I purchased two lines from Mobile. I got an email to start the service which I was transferring from T-Mobile and the fox team with Mint Mobile could not get my line activated. I was without service for two days waiting for them to activate it but they never could. So with T-Mobile and mint mobile on the line, we switched my line back and the support people at mint mobile were going to issue me a refund. I have yet to get a refund back of my hundred dollar plus order and I would be wary of anyone Wanting to get mint mobile for their phone service. This is an update. I contacted Mint Mobile again and I initially received pushback but I insisted on speaking with their supervisor and after speaking with him about what happened, he quickly resolved my issue and I have now been totally refunded .
