Great jones is HORRIBLE
Great jones is the worse property management company I have ever dealt with. My A/C went out in Aug in the dead middle of summer and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. I paid my rent on time for 3 years even during COVID when most people stopped paying rent. With that experience I decided to out and now Great Jones is trying to recoup their money from installing a new A/C unit by saying I damaged the home. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and posted pics of the residence. These people have bad communication, poor customer service and care for the tenants and only contact when they deem fit. If you read this Great Jones know that I'm ready to go to court to dispute your charges. I would not recommend anyone rent from these crooks.
