AVOID! No care for current customers
Have been on a server with storm for years and never any issues. Now suddenly issues with our booking system, to be told it's because we're on a shared server (which they no longer offer to new customers) alongside many other websites/ systems and the capacity isn't high enough for us all. Only option given is upgrade to a private server with them at around £250+ a month! Current customers have been screwed over by this, why put us all on a server that's clearly not large enough anymore (but once was), just to push us to spend more for a functioning site? Safe to say we've switched servers to a different provider that's cost us much less and is super speedy as we were reluctant to pay STORM any more money after the little customer care we received.
