They withhold crucial information, they only let pictures see that they want you to see. And they use unfair tactics on biddings like asking for an unreasonable high price for a vehicle so that the bidding page says that the price isn't reached yet and they need to award it to you, all they award are vehicles that are broken but just start and drive and cannot be repaired without exceeding the Value of the car.
