Poppy and Kay st Smart are the most incredible agents. They have been looking after my property for a long time and I’m extremely impressed with the service they provide. They are both so diligent and professional, yet relaxed and friendly. Any problems with the property are immediately flagged up and they have excellent maintenance people on hand. Everything is always repaired quickly and sorted out for the tenants. In terms of advertising my property and finding new tenants….I’ve only had a week between the previous residents moving out and the new tenants moving in…and that was only because the property needed painting. Their communication is excellent and I have peace of mind knowing they are always quick to respond to emails. Thank you….5 stars and highly recommended
