Do not order online
Ordered an item on April 7th. Received an email 2 days later that my order is being delayed. The status just show processing. I sent an email asking for the status of my order but no reply other then the automated response email. I was able to find the item somewhere else and I’m holding onto it in case they cancel my order. I don’t want to use the item I bought because i don’t want to go through the returning process with Joann and be charged a restocking fee. I would like to know if they are going to cancel my order or not so that I can move on with my life. This is the first time I’ve ordered from their site and never again. I order a lot online from other stores and everyone have been able to deliver...There is no excuse! If you can’t handle online orders then provide a warning upfront before the customers place the order so that they know what they are getting themselves into. Also is there a customer service number??? What kinda a business is this that you can’t speak to someone on the phone?
