We ordered via phone with Anastasia who made this so easy. Ordering was really simple and fast. They took on board our problem with disconnection of the old unit and saved us a big headache. The delivery was the next day. Argtim and his installation guys were very efficient and friendly. They quickly removed the old machine, setup the new one, found and fixed a prior install problem, and demonstrated the operation. Overall this was a fantastic experience.
