Useless
Useless, the app the tell you to use doesn't work, constant spam about setting up a direct debit and smart meter including phone calls most months. Paying them wasn't even easy, all the routes they advertise simply don't work, I had to be given bank account details to make it work. Not to mention getting told I was late to pay my bills... Before getting a bill, or simply not receiving a bill, or receiving it late, alongside staggering estimated bills if i neglected to send a reading (or if they simply didn't ask for one which was common enough!) And support was less than useful with 90% of every email being copy paste, and receiving atleast 3 emails for every single one I sent, seeming unwilling or unable to fix any of the issues I had with the service. All said the only thing I didn't have an issue with was the fact I did receive gas and electricity the entire time.
