Pre my dealings with Smart Energy, and in particular Beth Jones, I had many calls from solar providers. Unfortunately, most seem to have serious problems in answering any questions about their product and indeed the individuals command of the English language was seriously floored. My first contact with Beth was by phone. She had a better than average knowledge of the product, was particularly patient and clearly explained to me, how the whole system worked and the benefits it would provide. Many times I called her for further q & a's which she answered promptly and with great clarity. Beths positiveness in her advice on the economic benefits of my purchasing the system has been born out in the reduction of bills from my electrical supplier. At the time our discussion were in progress, my current a/c was approx $350/qtr. As of a payment this date it was $76.23! Even with some reductions in rebates and increases in cost to supply. My dealings with Beth have given me great confidence in the product that she advised me to consider installing. In many ways my confidence in the product was really enhanced because of Beth's honesty, product knowledge, patience combined with a "no push' approach. These qualities can be rare with a lot of "cold callers". In conclusion, contact from Beth and reps from Smart Energy has been an ongoing business, to check and see how things are with my system. Follow up of this nature reinforces my confidence in the Company and the quality of the sales team, and in particular, my dealings with Beth. Management might like to give her a chocolate frog from me.
