Overall a great service
Booking system works effectively - a human on the other end (rather than a computer) to discuss schedule requests and work around specific times. Gary turned up on a pouring Thursday morning & went about it very efficiently. Though strangely enough their system showed alloy repair request for only 3 wheels (why would I've anything personally against the driver's farside wheel - considering it sits closest to me!!). Despite this, must say - overall, a very professional and excellent set-up and great customer service attitude. Though I would have to give them a call out again for the remaining wheel - but highly recommended.
