Property owner here. Great Jones managed 6 of our properties. They could not keep on top of even a minimum set of duties to keep the tenants satisfied. Impossible to get ahold of anyone at Great Jones, even as an owner. All your calls an emails go into an electronic dumpster and are ignored. Had to do most of the work myself aside from collect rent, which they took a cut. Great Jones private equity funders should pull support for this company, it is a fail. I know firsthand, I endured approx. 2 years of complete incompetence. The valuation of Great Jones' business model should be zero.
