Caution - be sure to read the small print
Be sure to read the small print when dealing with this company. When you insure a learner driver, who then pass (say for example within 6 months) - they charge an additional £40 "cancellation fee" to the policy. This is never made clear at the start of the term, similarly, even though I suspect they knew 6 months in, they only contact you in the last month. This meant you cannot claim a credit back for the 6 months when the insurance was not needed but you have no option other than to pay the fine or be threatened with their Bailiffs. Very underhand tactics.
