Do not use!! After service is diabolical …

Dyson came and took out existing cavity insulation in June 2021 as requested by my housing association, another team from them came back a week later to install the new insulation, when they had finished they asked to check the loft to see if any of it had gotten in there, the nice young man came down and said that there was a lot of the old insulation in there! He rang his manager and took photos and said that someone would be back to clear it all up! The same team who took the insulation out came back and took a small brush to clean it up and left after about 15-20mins later,I was surprised about this as the other team had said it would take some time to clean it up, when I looked in the loft all they had done was swept it of the few boxes that was up there, and not cleaned it up at all. I rang Dyson and they said they would send someone to do this. ASI heard nothing I contacted my housing association, who said they would contact them. I have been in contact with my H/A many times since then, and they are saying that Dyson are not replying to their emails. So 4 months after installation I still have the old insulation spread across my loft. I would not recommend this firm to anyone!!
