HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered a basket 3 weeks ago with Hazeltons. Paid via etransfer as their credit card processing wasnt working on the website. The e-transfer was delivered. OVER 3 weeks later I find out the basket was NEVER delivered. I order about 100 baskets a year. I tried Hazeltons to give them a chance, never again. And will be urging all my colleagues who order 1000+ baskets, to stop immediately. They claimed they never received my payment, even though it left my account AND i have ordered with them before. They keep asking me to pay twice despite their accounting side losing my money. The absolute worst experience ever.
