Casey’s Stop Lieing to Customers
The pending charge taken out of someone’s account being held for an undetermined amount of time is inexcusable, especially when they want to blame your bank account. If this was true the same scenario will work out the same way at every location, but it doesn’t so alittle honesty goes a long way and saying either they don’t know but lieing to an upset customer is very poor customer service skills especially for a store manager
