Great Value; Great Service
I contacted Jetson customer service for help with product registration after purchasing their Axle X electric bike, and their support team was quickly able to get the product registered for me! The product itself is of great quality as far as I've been able to discern, and while there seems to be some gaps in design, they're well worth overlooking given the cost-effectiveness of the bikes. Do some product research before your purchase, and you'll be well satisfied with Jetson's end of the bargain.
