We barely even have a year that we moved in, been good tenants, always pay our rent on time. We are going on 2 days with no air conditioner. I have health issue, I have a child. My house is almost 90 degrees. When I called maintenance they tell me they are waiting for landlord approval to fix the AC that was yesterday. Today I call now is pending vendor assignment. We never call for anything, repairs we been doing it ourselves but this is an emergency. No AC with this weather is ludicrous. I have sent emails, put work order in, talked to like 5 different people. Not even a courtesy call to atleast show they care. I asked for the landlord contact information and they told me they couldnt give it to me as that what the landlord hired them for. So tenants wont have to be calling landlord. Noone should have to live like this. And it's not the first time. Last month ac was bad too and we had to go thru 1 night with no ac. 2 months ago we had no water, had to go thru a whole day with no water. Totally unfair and ridiculous. Seems like they dont care about their tenants. I just wonder if the owners know how Great Jones treats their tenants. Not renewing at all. It's a shame.
